A male and female worm entwine around each other in order to procreate.
Unbelievable! Worms have an insatiable appetite, devouring a wide variety of items such as various foods, sawdust, soil, used socks, garments, wool, cardboard, grains, cat food, and greens. It's simply mind-boggling!
Some of the preferred nourishment for these creatures includes coconut coir, peat moss, sawdust as their substrate of choice.
It takes 6 to 8 months for these worms to reach full maturity, starting from the moment they hatch. Raising these creatures requires a lot of patience!
