From 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, you won’t just be watching—you’ll be living the life of a dairy homesteader. We start with straining fresh milk in the kitchen and transforming it into all kinds of dairy products.

The "Whole System" Consultation: Between batches, we’ll discuss sourcing your own cow, fencing, breeding for milk, and managing the "calf-at-side" system.

The Full Homestead Experience: Lunch Included
A long day of farm work requires good fuel! We believe the best way to learn about the homestead life is to eat from the homestead table.

The Garden-to-Table Lunch: Mid-day, we’ll take a break to enjoy a seasonal lunch featuring what’s currently growing on the farm. It’s a great time to sit down, ask questions, and talk about your specific homestead goals.
