When to Order Worms
Ordering OPENS April 15th of every year while stock lasts. There is only limited stock of adults worms and they GO FAST.
All worms will be shipped once temperatures are above 0 C and not hotter than 30 C.

Cool Facts About Red Wigglers
When the environment is absolutely ideal, with the right combination of temperature, nourishment, and substrate moisture, the worms will procreate and deposit a single egg within a span of 30 days.
A male and female worm entwine around each other in order to procreate.
Unbelievable! Worms have an insatiable appetite, devouring a wide variety of items such as various foods, sawdust, soil, used socks, garments, wool, cardboard, grains, cat food, and greens. It's simply mind-boggling!
Some of the preferred nourishment for these creatures includes coconut coir, peat moss, sawdust, and leaf litter as their substrate of choice.
It takes 6 to 8 months for these worms to reach full maturity, starting from the moment they hatch. Raising these creatures requires a lot of patience!
