This herb loves a marshy area to grow. It is strikingly beautiful, growing 7 feet tall covered with hundreds of light pink flowers. Bees go crazy over this plant. Every part (leaves, stem, flowers, roots) are edible and contain some amazing health benefits. Just do some research on it and you will be amazed. The flowers when picked young are so tasty in salads. The leaves I use all the time for cuts, wounds, insect bites...This plant makes my top 5 herbs list that I must have in my herb garden!
